I had a family member take to this hospital because she had completely collapsed. Her legs were numb and her back was in great pain. It was hours before a doctor saw her. They did nothing for her but give her pain medication. No tests of any kind to see if they could find what the problem was. RecommendedSVMH provides best health care service in Monterey county. I was there with my granny, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Call lights were answered almost right away. Thank you so much, you all are appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

I was seen at SVMH ER on 11/27. My total cost for a 3.5 ER visit was $20,677.01 . I got a CT, ultrasound, blood work, and urinalysis done. I got 2 bags of IV fluid normal saline at a cost of $431.09 for each. and an additional cost for same fluids of IV only renamed hydration additional hour for $642.45. I work for a doctors office, and we order same IV bags at a cost of $37 dollars for 1 case of 12 bags. 1 tablet of Omnipaque for nausea was $188. I am blessed to have insurance that will cover most of these charges, but now ... read more

1 ⭐️ been waiting in the Er since 12:00 waiting in the lobby asking for pain meds and they claim they can’t give me any pain medicine because they haven’t got a room. It is now 4:10 am still no room, still no pain meds, now waiting in the Halls, freezing and in pain and they are refusing to give me pain meds which I’m legally entitled to controls the pain of passing kidney stones 5:21 am still no room.
