RecommendedVery happy and satisfied with Dr. Ryan Muth and Dr. Carla Rosal. Front office staff is extremely customer patient focused at Ryan Ranch Monterey. Laboratory computer system at Salinas location was down. I fasted for 12 hours, line was 15 people deep at 6:15a. Was told wait time is “20 minutes to an hour”. I will remember to ask Dr. for hard copy of order to avoid these unfortunate occurrences. 45 minutes and still waiting. 4 elderly patients walked out.
They handle all my medical appointments. Great staff and doctors on duty
They are always behind schedule and it can take over a week to get a prescription refilled. Unacceptable.

I see Dr. Glenn Yoneda... He's the best !! ! Very thorough, very concerned. He helps me with several issues. I referred a friend, who he also helped. He's a keeper.. :)
I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. Not only did we have to wait over 2 hours for my sisters appointment but there was a man with a obvious mental handicap also here. The staff ended up calling a police officer or a security guard to escort him out of the building because he was being a little disruptive. After the man was escorted out the staff preceded to laugh at this man and make fun of him. If you want actual medical care don't come here!! They don't call back and don't take responsibility for their actions. Went there feeling bad and a month later no resolution.
