If you folks replace the Barbie Beds with something for a 6'4" guy and get the western channel I'll give you the 5th star ! Great friendly staff clean and neat hospital and the food can't be beat . I joked that you guys must have someone's grandmother in the kitchen and then I found out it's a close friends aunt , you made a scary week so much easier to deal with .
All the staff are so friendly.They really enjoy their work.
So far, everyone I've dealt with has been kind & helpful. The staff & volunteers in the Whitney Waiting Room were great yesterday morning! We were greeted as soon as we walked in & we were periodically updated with my Dad's status - from when the surgery started to when he was in recovery. The only hiccup we had was when he was transitioning from Recovery to the ICU - we waited for over an hour in the lobby without anyone telling us that he was situated in his room & ready for visitors.
