Thank you to Dr. Mark Klein and all the staff in the ICU who were so compassionate in their care of my mother-in-law the week before last. We really appreciate how everyone cared for her well-being and comfort, and were thorough and open with us about her prognosis.

Some doctors forget to have a heart and compassion and forget why they got into the medical field it's a shame when u have to be afraid of going to a hospital because the Drs will treat you like crap, not saying they all are that way but the few we have to deal with are. It's like people didn't ask to be sick but they took an oath to make people better not just say blah blah your gonna die or do or say whatever to shut you up and get you out its crazy how they act and the hospital does nothing about it, makes you wonder how ... read more
My room was not cleaned in 3 days. I only saw the hospitalist for about maybe 5 minutes per day. I was there for 8 days.
I have always had the BEST experience with SVMH!!!

Don't have a baby here! Had a few great nurses when my daughter was sick in the pediatrics ward...but my child birth with my son was pretty horrific! Had to tell the nurse to stop pushing my husband out of the way & they wouldn't let me raise up, forcing me to bear my son flat on my back!!! They were even trying to tell the doctor what to do!! I could continue with the terrible experience (I could write a novel!) - but you get the idea!
