Upon arrival, I was given forms to update my medical records, but this time the form was completely filled in with my prior records. I reviewed the form, signed it, and was done in less than a minute. A record. You staff was kind and courteous,as usual, and dental hygienist, Johana Escobar, did another great job. No complaints. Highly recommend Vitality Dental Group.
