RecommendedSadly my dog was hit by a car after running into the road. I was trying to move stuff into my hotel room and going in and out and wasn’t paying enough attention and she ran off and got hit 😭 luckily the lady to her to you guys and you tried to help her and I appreciate you guys so so so very much! Horrible experience my friend had with her doggo here. Unless you want your fur baby ODing until they can kick you out Monday at 8, stay far away! They do NOT care about animals!!
Danielle, the night tech was completely RUDE! Ugh. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in as if we were bothering her. I have been there before and have never been treated so poorly. Nurse ratchet basically threw the clipboard on the counter so I could fill out the paperwork and when I asked about the name of a medication (she flatly said, yes, it’s a medication). Go get yourself a nicotine patch so you can deal with people, lady. I ended up leaving after the exam cause she wasn’t going to touch my animal.

this place i do not recommend. they just want your money. our cat had a blockage in his bladder and we paid 600 bucks for his surgery. after we got him back that day they said he will be okay and 2 days later he ends up dying in our living room. we asked for our money back only because they guaranteed us he would be okay. i called back and the receptionist was being a total jerk over the phone about it and said there store mamager will contact me last week but never did . don't go here i wouldn't recommend this place .
I lost my fur baby tonight at 2am. 💔 I'm so sad. He was the best cat ever and he gave us 10yrs of love and loyalty. Be at peace now Charlie.😭💛 Thank you to #SalemVeterinaryEmergencyClinic. They were very nice about our hard time.
Dr. Jacob's was extremely thorough when I brought my dog in for possible pneumonia. She was very friendly and it was obvious that she truly cares about animals. Would recommend when in a pinch for immediate care!
Very caring and pleased with their treatment of our dog.
