All in all I would not recommend this vet clinic. While the vet techs and front desk staff were friendly and reassuring, the vet herself was arrogant and accusatory and judged me as a young 20 year old pet owner and disregarded the complete medical history I had given including clinics, medication bottles, medication regimen and dates for every major visit my puppy had. I went to this clinic in September around 10 pm with my 6 month old puppy because she wasn’t recovering fr... Continue Reading
I had such a great experience here. My two dogs got into some salmon and were sick. All of the staff here were so nice. You can tell they love animals. The vet was just awesome. It makes me happy having my dogs in the care of a vet who really does care. Highly recommend
They took such great care of our boy, great communication from the vet so we were clear on what was happening and even expected costs. Such caring staff helps during difficult times with your furry family members.
my Princess Leia was very sick and I took her in but there were several people waiting ( outside in their cars due to covid) they were polite and explained there would be a wait. then they physical came out to check on her and discuss the waiting status. they were also helpful in explaining the billing and not doing any procedures that didn't need to be complete and could wait until we saw her regular vet.
They saved my Whippet and got her stabilized so she could have surgery. She’s recovered and feeling great. 13yrs old and will now see 14.
This is a trash place. I would never ever EVER take my pet here unless I had to. In my case.... I had to. I’ll spare everyone the details. Just know that I sat in my car from 6:30pm to 1:30am to get my dog upstairs while she came out of sedation. What clinic in their right freaking minds sends a dog home, sedated out of their MIND?! My dog couldn’t walk for 6 and a half HOURS. This clinic doesn’t give a flying F about animals. Only money. Do NOT take your family member here. You’re better off driving out of town for emergenc... read more
Precious has been here twice trier awesome and very patient with her
Lied too, scammed, my poor dog was bleeding and they didn’t tell us there treatment was only temporary. (And didn’t even work. Hung up on twice after talking to 2 people. Was insulted and accused of swearing. Told to take it up with the owner. Meanwhile I’m in tears covered in my dogs blood.
