Most of the complex is good. There are always neighbors who keep trash all over (including in the hallways and on the outside steps. I wish there was something Salem Harbour could do about the smokers in the units.. Apparently not. And the new' dogs all around, people do NOT clean up after them, I have seen it. Ferrell cats still roam. But for the most part I am satisfied with living here and maintenance is (at least for me) quick to get the issue resolved and I do get almost quick responses when I email them about things. I wanted to compliment the office staff members who are so welcoming and helpful, particularly, Alex Magee, Kevin Cagnetti, and Nick Dema. We are always greeted with a smile and, "how may I help you" from each one of them. They are knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction. We just renewed our lease and these staff members contributed greatly to our decision!
Recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Love this place. The folks in the office are terrific especially Nick. Thanks for everything!
Moved in about 2 months ago and so far I love it!! Hoping to upgrade to the biggest unit when my current lease is up!
Nice people spacious and quiet. Been living here for two years with no real complaints and the ones I have are small. Like why is the back entrance closed most of the time?
