DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is horrible! I have had nothing but trouble the entire time. Maintenance is a joke, I wonder if they're even licensed. I had to file a complaint with the Township because there were squirrels living in the walls and they would not take care of it, months later it's still ongoing. I currently have a hole in my floor, carpet pulled up and it's been like that for months. I would just like to say how GREAT maintenance is at Salem. They are all such nice guys and polite and get the job done. Terron, was ABSOLUTELY great today. love this place.
THE FIRST TIME I WAS HERE I SAW A HOSPICE PATIENT.NOW MOVING IN HERE MYSELF.SO FELL IN LOVE......
They keep the property kept clean and maintained, it the residents that ruin it. There office and maintenance crew are friendly.
Moved in February 18th....to find a note on counter that stated “Welcome Home” just made my day. Everyone was nice during the waiting period till an apt was ready. It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly. When the quarantine is over, will enjoy seeing everything & going to functions at the club house...
My boyfriend and I are so excited to move in July 15. You will always remember people who were kind during a pandemic and Antonia and staff have made this process smooth for me considering everything is virtual right now and many people are out of work. Thanks again and we are so excited. I have been in sales my whole life and only make reviews when I feel very strongly about the customer service. So thanks again !
