I am sadden by the fact that I have been a customer over 12 years and got behind on my bill because between my wife and I have had 5 surgeries done in less than 8 months. My wife 3 I myself 2 in the last 3 months not including all the procedures done on my wife's knees which we have to pay copays which I explained to the credit department and saying that I am having problems paying my bills so let's tack on a $200.00 deposit on top of what you owe.
