The Lady manager is literally a joke. shut my electric off on thanksgiving and xmas and refused to work with me! Then they send me a new bill stating not due til certain date and they still shut my electricity off! now they send me letters stating they dont have to send a new disconnect notice. Well they sent that letter a little late. And i was out power for a week! Little do they know im not an idiot and will talking to attorney very soon! :) The Supposedly office manager is a flat out hilarious joke!

Was a great company for the past 30 years ,,, but not now they have put a proven dangerous smart meter on my home that causes electrical fires, and is dangerous to your health but they say I can get back a regular meter but my bill would go up an automatic $30 a month because somebody would have to come out and read my meter just like they've been doing for decades and they don't see the logic in if they aren't paying people to come out and read meters then by having it my bill should be reduced $30 a month because they don'... read more
