The Salem crew helped out on numerous occasions. Always a smile. Always making sure we are safe while work is being done. Their serious, attentive, but laid back attitude serves as a reminder to me that working with deadly power requires majestic and daring people! Thank you all at Salem Electric!

Amazing electric company! So proactive and trimmed my trees to keep the lines free. I rarely have an outage and when I do, it's not long. You have the BEST rates anywhere AND it's a co-op! I've been with them 27 years now! Still wonderful : )
My electricity is off and so is my neighbor's, and it took us a long time to get through to a person at Salem Electric- but it is Dec. 26 and they are no doubt short staffed. They do not know when the electricity will be back on. But I still really like Salem Electric very much. I have been a customer for 20 years.
Salem Electric had been my electric company for over 10 years now. I have always received amazing customer service. Up until just 8 months ago, I was always needing payment plans and the like. The credit department at Salem Electric has always been wonderful at being flexible and understanding when I needed extra time to pay my bill. I also love that being a Salem Electric customer, our bills are always lower. I have been very happy with Salem Electric.
