It has been 19 days since we brought a new car and still waiting for license plates. We got a used car from Sale 17 years ago and got the plates in 5 days. We are very disappointed with this dealer and would not recommend anybody to shop there.
The car was never purchased b/c the product they attempted to give me was not what we agreed on. On July 18, 2017 I went to purchase a Kia Optima SX 2017 w/ the Launch package. We agreed on a price and I gave them a check on July 24th. On that day I was told my car would be there Thurs or Fri. On Wed I reached out on an ETA for my car & I was told Friday, but I could pick up dealer car while I wait b/c I did not have a car.
