I don’t recommend Sale auto mall because of a financial manager name Chad. He is prejudice and he stlole the original warranty that I And the salesman had talked about and got mad with us and would not even discuss changing it. When I tried to go over his head. He told a field negro who had a little position that the owner was not there when in fact he was doing inventory on the lot. Went today for my free car wash and vacuum for my one year birthday on my truck and Iam so glad I didn’t have to pay for it they didn’t vacuum out the back seat or floor at all didn’t take floor mats out of the front and vacuum under them and half way clean the rims on the front of the truck just a very bad job but I guess cause it was free they felt like that was good enuff but in my book they should of done a better job if they would want someone to come back

Was told (and have screenshots) that their prefinancing screening would not impact credit: that was a lie, as multiple banks through Sale submitted hard and soft inquiries against my credit. Then, we were interested in a Nissan truck, well they have it priced 109% above market value. My significant other was discussing our concerns with the credit check and price with Tom who was helpful, but Tom had to reach out to the general manager.
