The worse place ever. Don’t go run as fast as you can from. Unprofessional and unorganized. Everything ain’t for everybody. That’s why people go out of town to purchase car due to hometown places like this. We will never refer people to Sale take your money and lie to you Auto Mall

RecommendedMy wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse from sale auto in Kinston. First they told Israel’s to bring old tag off of car I was selling to transfer to new car. I did that. They put tag on car. They said I would get registration in mail . After several weeks we did not recieve anything . So I called Sale auto and they said tags omy new car had been canceled and I had been riding on dead tags . Then went to turn in old tags and got charged $50 penalty because tags were never transferred to new car. Now I still... read more
Saw Grant Jones respond to some negative comments. I called today to speak with you and you were in a meeting. Been waiting since end of February to get our tags for the vehicle we bought. Spoken to several people since February with the, "Let me check on it and I'll call you back", with no call backs? Same statement earlier today, yup, no call back???

People! Please steer clear of this place at all cost! Purchased a 2012 Z71 in January of 2016! Yes, it was used. It had 58,xxx miles on it at that time. However the salesman assured us that when they took the vehicle in it was serviced top to bottom and bumper to bumper, and all fluids/filters etc. had been changed per G.M. specs. Fast forwad to Jan. 27 2018. The truck starts making a terrible metal on metal grinding noise. (Not the brakes) We contact sale auto mall and they advise me to bring the truck in. Sale BMW rocks!!! Took my moms BMW in for service and they found that the oil filter housing was leaking!!! They fixed it at NO and told her have a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year!!
