An unfortunate example of small business gone very wrong. Sushi roll contained small bugs. Spoke with restaurant staff and a man from the back area approached and yelled at us in an aggressive manner. No face covering and a complete disregard for distancing. I'm not sure what to be more outraged about. The poor quality of the food product, the bad customer service, or the complete disregard for public safety during a global covid pandemic. Just had some sushi and some rangoons. I ordered the Godzilla Roll which was $14.50. I figured it must be big if it's that expensive. I picked up my order and was nervous about the size of the to go box being so small. I opened it and there were 5 pieces of sushi. Not big pieces either. 5 bites. what a fabulous experience as a first time customer to this restaurant! went on friends recommendation and we were completely impressed. fresh, tasty and beautifully presented sushi choices at reasonable prices. now is our favorite sushi restaurant in Nashville! we will be back again soon!
I told lady exactly what I wanted to order for me n kids to share then she charges me for 3 x the price we were sharing not getting individual orders so a $22 bill became $48 I even talked to her about how she made the mistake but she was hell bent she was right. so I told her she made the mistake but I was paying the price. not fair Our 1st and LAST time here
