I just started with Portsmouth Dental but I can say for sure they are a breath of fresh air. Friendly, very professional with a feel good atmosphere. My whole family is now using them and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their dental needs.

Dr Cavanaugh and his staff are professional and provides the patient a sense of ease which is necessary as going to the dentist can be very anxiety provoking. I feel the doctor cares about me as a patient giving me an opportunity to ask questions as he walks me through the procedure every step of the way. I have been a patient at Portsmouth Dental for many years and wouldn’t consider any other provider! Coutos to Dr Cavanaugh and his entire staff!
