I would have liked to see the comments first. I asked for a balayage with baby light and this is what they did to me, I don't see the balayage and they didn't even bleach it on the back very disappointed, and from what I see in the comments they do nothing to replace it

Unprofessional service by unskilled hair stylists. The lady that butchered my wife's hair tried to hide the damage with something called a "blowout", performed a standard cut (if you could call it that), and charged her for a master cut. Then the manager promised a refund only to later deny the refund, citing a "no refund" policy and a "make it right" policy. Both of which were neither disclosed to us nor listed on the website.
