I have never waited so long for an appointment, I can understand if this was a once in a while issue. But no this is an every time event. The doctor is great, the staff are very polite and friendly but don't expect the appointment to even be close to on time. I have never waited less than an hour to even get in, that's not even being seen that's another 30 min to an hour. As I previously stated this is every appointment. All appointments take between 1 to 2and a half hours past scheduled time.
Had an appointment for 10:15 AM came at 10 now it’s 12: 15 still waiting worst experience ever
This office is a joke you will wait longer for your appointment then the actual visit when they book you an 11am appt and they don't see you till after 130pm and there response is we checked you right in when you arrived the staff take no accountability for their lack of time management. Unless you have time to kill and don't mind being at an office all day I suggest you find someone where else that actually has time management skills. I have been working with Dr. Kumar for a few years. He is absolutely amazing with the best bedside manner. Everyone is extremely kind at the front desk, especially Jess. And the nurses are the kindest humans. Grateful for this team helping me thru my chronic pain treatment!!
This time I got the best results ever. Dr.Kumar was the best Dr and his nurse was keeping everyone calm. Best painfree weeks of my life. I wish I've gone earlier
