I've loved this hospital until now. I need pension information. First, they send me to a company that doesn't manage the pensions anymore. Then I'm sent to a company that hangs up. Then I'm given a number that goes "off the hook". Tried every number, every avenue, and all I get is, "Oh, go to the company we told you to." Yes, but they don't handle pensions for anyone who retired since a certain date and I retired before then! HOW can they not know where to find the pension I worked over 15 years to pay into?!
Awful! Much too slow. CT scan two weeks before a procedure and the results were not provided in time.
X ray went good. The only problem is they never get back to you when you call them. Been waiting on results as taken forever.
Staff are very . Love my PA. She is very helpful. Had blood work and scan done same day.
Had to get a MRI done. All staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.
