I have been waiting 36 days to have the results of my MRI posted. I am in unbearable pain and can barely walk.P I’ve called her three times. My doctor has contacted them. They show no compassion and say that it’ll get done when it gets done.
My 81-year-old mother went to AHN for a CT scan of her chest/lungs. After 2 weeks, the radiologist still had not read the test. She had to insist that her primary doctor demand that the test be read immediately due to ongoing shortness of breath, only to find out she had bilateral pulmonary emboli. I do not recommend this facility, as it is clear they do not have the proper staff to continue scheduling new patients for testing. Go somewhere else!
They did an ultra sound, almost 2 weeks ago but they say they don't have a radiologist to read it. Something is very wrong here! Absolutely do not do any imaging until they hire a radiologist. You literally could die while they may or may not have a radiologist to read the imaging. Do better!
I've loved this hospital until now. I need pension information. First, they send me to a company that doesn't manage the pensions anymore. Then I'm sent to a company that hangs up. Then I'm given a number that goes "off the hook". Tried every number, every avenue, and all I get is, "Oh, go to the company we told you to." Yes, but they don't handle pensions for anyone who retired since a certain date and I retired before then! HOW can they not know where to find the pension I worked over 15 years to pay into?!
