They refuse to allow your significant other to come back with you. There is zero compassion from the staff when you are asking for support, also the ultrasound tech (Vanessa) was rude and dirty, she grabbed her phone with a sterile glove and went back to touch me when I asked her to change it she refused but offered to hold my hand for support. Only one with compassion was the doctor I would never recommend someone to go here.
