Every time either my fiance or myself have to come to this hospital, we are always disrespected and mistreated. This hospital is just as bad as Skyline Medical Center up in Nashville. I wouldn't even give this hospital 1 star. I do give it a star only because of someone who works at Saint Thomas Rutherford and has been helping out my little family. This person is the most nicest person, besides my fiance and parents, I know and I have become so close to them and their family.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! EXPECT TO WAIT 3 HOURS OR MORE FOR SERVICE. The employees are nice but the procedures are all long! The complete opposite of "emergency service!"you like waiting 3 hours or longer for care than this is the place for you!!!
Been to and in many in this area. Love these nurses, love the attitude that seems to be the hospital attitude.

I am confused as to why you have the Stars program when the nomination forms are not available. I was on three floors today and also at the front desk and could not find the nomination forms.
Had a Really Great experience at the E.R. Yesterday.Very Clean atmosphere ,with Polite and Profesional Employees.Made a rather unpleasant situation very bearable.All questions where answered with kindness and respect. Great Staff , far cry from some I've seen.

I spent a little over 6 weeks in Labor and Delivery and my sweet girl spent 6 and a half weeks in the NICU!! The Dr's and Nurses are amazing!!
