I just delivered my daughter via csection here. Everyone has been wonderful! Best experience I've had at a hospital.
My boyfriend started a new job so he doesn't have insurance right now and he smacked his hand so we went in because we thought it was broken. They didn't touch or even physically look at his hand to determine if he should get x-rays, we might have been able to leave without them, and then he said we were good and to go home. It was very rude and nobody acted like thy cared. I have one piece of advice. If you're going to go into healthcare, at least act like you care about your patients. I had a massive heart attack the attention and care I received was amazing even while being rushed through the emergency room to the catheter surgery room to clear the blockage and put in a stint I was kept informed of what was happening and treated with care and respect the staff was fantastic and a special thanks to a nurse named Loraine on the cardiology floor who really showed extreme care and attention to myself and patients she was fantastic at her job and genuine in her careing thank to all of you at St Thomas for all... read more
We are GOING HOME TODAY! I am beyond grateful for the skilled and loving hands that have gotten us through this leg of our journey. As RNs ourselves we are not accustomed to being on the receiving end of care. Thank you to all the doctors, musing staff and countless others who have shown us so much care and compassion. Feeling blessed beyond measure.
It's not the doctors or Nurses it's upper Management they have 1 Nurse per 8 Patients They have a lot of Traveling Nurse's and if the would pay more maybe they can get more nurses to work here.Yes I have had a few problems here but it's at all Hospitals at this time it's a Nurse Shortage.
My foster daughter was admitted and treated by the most caring and kind staff ever. I didn't expect and was surprised by the level of care she received. All her nurses and doctors provided the highest level of care and, most important, caring and nonjudgmental care possible. I give the staff a 5-star rating.
