WARNING: Debbie Signorelli is a racist food service manager. She favors white employees and females. She is bias as well. Everything in the employee cafe is expensive and they serve old food.....they just change the dates on old food when they have inspection.... I've seen week old food got mixed in with fresh food and then got future dated..... I even got sick once when I ate the food..... the main cafeteria has huge roaches and I have pics to prove everything I say. Be careful of what and how you eat....patients as well. S... read more

I was in the emergency room, when MY nurse named Olivia during the night started talking about me right outside my door with another nurse saying how I was faking it and didn't have pain mind you my resting heart rate was at 150.. I was on oxygen and burning up in fever!!! They put the pulse ox on too tight I asked for them to loosen it please and when she was putting my on the monitor she touched my chest and I felt a lot of pressure and said it hurt a little.. once she went outside they said "did her finger tip fall off fr... read more
