My whole experience at St Peters was awful. I was scheduled to be induced and that got pushed back because there were not enough beds. Once I got in and started, my son went into distress. The stopped the induction and stabilized him. They then restarted the induction using a drug that I now know, is used in missed miscarriages and not approved for pregnant women. This review is for their billing department (the hospital itself is pretty good IMO). We took my son to the ER here last september. Some entity by the name of SOUTHERN BANK EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS posted a claim to my insurance company. While the insurance company duly paid them a fair amount - this group has put my account in collections. While the hospital itself is 'in network' for aetna, apparently these physicians are not. However, their company address and phone numbers are that of St. Peters all over the internet. Smells... read more

I wouldn't go any place else for care. The oncology department is staffed with some pretty terrific people!
