We are not having a good experience at St. Luke's East. The customer service is lacking empathy for seniors in my opinion. We are having trouble getting doctors to call back and frankly the doctors look irritated when questions are asked in patient visits. We did have a good experience at St. Luke's South. I worked at staff at St. Luke's on the plaza so I know the customer service used to be much better.
My doctor is the best ! All the nurses were just awesome ! I got great care and attention ! Love you st lukes !
So I'm at Saint Luke's and the nurse is extremely mean to this guy in a room a couple doors over I tried to catch him on periscope but he stopped yelling at the man and told the man he was going to take the button away from him because he was going to have to deal with the pain. The male nurse is so unemotional I know he deal with this daily but he see like a nurse of death! I need to find a national data base to rate this nurse and hospital at

I thought they were rude and didn't care. My brother is a veteran and they treated him crappie. Just because he looks like a hippy and not like a uppity person. I'd never go there myself and i told them so.

Coming up on my year anniversary (Dec 9th) of open heart surgery. I couldn't have asked for better care than at St Luke's. The staff was the best.
Love my nurses in east nine transplant unit they push just enough to get you back on your feet!
Love the operating staff and floor staff on E4!!!!! Kindness and compassion is plentiful. I've been here twice for retina detachments and feel cared for and important each time. Thanks :) a million for what you do and how well you do it!!
