RecommendedThis is a rave post! Albert has been in St. Luke’s East since Thursday afternoon. (It’s now Sunday.) He has had exemplary care the entire time. The nurses and CNAs have done everything they can to make his stay comfortable and pleasant. They have listened to concerns and provided solutions. His food choices have been tasty, and there is plenty of variety. Thank you, St. Luke’s East for making such an effort to make this a positive experience.
Absolutely ridiculous! They advertise their walk-in clinic as being open Monday through Friday till 7pm online and on their answering service when you call. Their door says they are open till 8 pm. So why is it when I show up at 6:48 pm are their doors closed??? Horrible service and horrible advertisement to patients. I will reach out to management about this.
usually 5 star service. today waiting 4 hours watching all the older/geriatrics get sent in, in under 30 minutes. ageism at its finest when some aren't even having critical issues.
Dr. Koch is a joke. I have never seen a worse doctor. If he’s working don’t bother, because he sure won’t. I’ll be calling patient relations tomorrow. The nurses however are AMAZING!!
