We have had great nurses, very attentive to my son's needs. The staff is alway working on a plan to get Nic better and heading home.

So we were schedule for surgery at 11am but were called to come in early. Arrived at 730am but did not go to pre op until 1 and were not taken back for surgery until 2pm. What was more alarming is the post -op nurse completely ignored the need for pain management. Another patient asked HER nurse to send us assistsnce. Worst experience ever.

Every time I have been at St. Luke's I have been more than satisified with the treatment, from being a nervous mom when my daughter was having heart problems and surgery being a nervous friend with friends in ER. The past 10 weeks I have gone through PT there. All of the staff from Dr.s to receptionist are polite and caring.
