This hospitals physical therapy is a joke. No communication with doctors or eachother. Terrible charting and signing off on patients before they've made progress or hit goals. Would not advise leaving your loved ones in their care.
I’m giving this place one star not just because their lobby is bacterial and needs to be sanitized a whole lot, but because they have a pcrn here who reminds me of the weird slimy little guy from lord of the rings that kept calling a ring his precious.

I've had a lot of back pain due to an imbalance in my hips and practically no activity during Covid. My doctor recommended I come here. I was treated by Kelly. She was a good therapist and was able to improve my hip muscles. I'm not at 100%, but I do have noticeable improvement. They don't bring you in and have you do the exercises; but they teach you what to do there, and you do them all at your home. Then, you are tested on your next visit. Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing!! Not only did he finally get my diagnosis after years of suffering but he has also taken my pain into account and has prescribed me medication that works wonders. He is super friendly, easy to talk to and truly cares about his patients. I was with him for years when he was still working in Muskogee. I recently went back to him in his new Tulsa location and so glad I did!!
