I love these physical therapists, they really know what they are talking about and they keep it real. I was recommend them to the next guy and to my family. I plan to be back on my get walking again perfectly in no time because of all the things I'm learning from this office. Very clean as a whole. The security is absolutely amazing and she has very interesting stories and gets to know you as a human person rather then just a patient. Love this appointment always!
The Saint Francis Physical Therapy dept was the most cold and rudest of any Saint Francis providers. They consistantly rescheduled most of my appointments. The front desk ladies can be very rude and it appears to be a bother to them. The therapists are non communicative and they act like they really don't want to assist. The therapist who performed my evaluation was way over concerned about my insurance rather than my treatment. This hospitals physical therapy is a joke. No communication with doctors or eachother. Terrible charting and signing off on patients before they've made progress or hit goals. Would not advise leaving your loved ones in their care.
I’m giving this place one star not just because their lobby is bacterial and needs to be sanitized a whole lot, but because they have a pcrn here who reminds me of the weird slimy little guy from lord of the rings that kept calling a ring his precious.
