On Wednesday, July 18th I was in the St Francis Hospital Bartlett emergency room. The staff was kind, courteous, professional and took care of my emergency needs very quickly. The hospital itself was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing emergency or other medical needs.

Did not have friendly staff members at all. One person in particular made the comment "these a**hole cops want respect, but they're out there killing everybody". I was extremely offended to hear someone say they do not support police officers. Also had a nurse tell me that he didn't care about what's going on in my life, he was only here to practice medicine. Extremely rude people and I would never recommend this hospital.

My husband went to the ER this morning, very nervous about being sick for the past couple of weeks.He was immediately made comfortable by the attending NP Cheryl Wideman, she was personable, reassuring, informative and very professional. He was also attended by an excellent nurse Megan Traynon, and patient rep. Kimberly Smith. Appropriate tests were ordered and completed in a short time frame.
