The Triage staff did a great job calming me after my 2 year old spilt her forehead open. They were very attentive to her and made her feel like a big girl. Thank you St. Francis Bartlett for taking care of my little girl.
I was very impressed to have been in and out within 2 hrs.
They suck. I was there 5 hours in pain. For him to prescribe me some I don't need. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Doctors, nurses, aids, basically everyone I had contact with the hospital is and was excellent. Helpfully, informative, and friendly. What started out as a horrible experience turned around at St. Francis Hospital.

Its weird to say I loved a hospital visit, but Saint Francis Hospital is the place to go for emergency doctor care. They are very professional, and we've been seen quickly everytime. They are compassionate and kind. The rooms are pleasant and clean.
Hated it. Not even worth 2 stars. I wasted my time trying to convince these people that something was wrong.
