My mother had to have outpatient surgery and nurse Peggy Morris was AWESOME!!! She treated my mother and I with genuine love and care! People like Peggy makes me feel like there are actual people in the medical field that truly have the love of caring for people rather than just collecting a paycheck. She’s OUTSTANDING!!!! I recently 01/2019 delivered my beautiful baby girl here and my experience from the time I walked into the ER was nothing short of amazing. Once I arrived on the L & D floor everyone I came in contact with from my nurses, the NICU team to the anesthesiologist, and etc. were extremely polite took pride in making both me and my husband feel like family like we mattered they even asked our daughters name so they could immediately call her by name upon delivery. Took my 15 year old daughter to the ED when she had a medication reaction that caused her to have trouble catching her breath. They took her vitals, and argued with me that it couldn’t possibly be a medication reaction, in spite of the fact that the symptoms started within minutes of the first dose she had ever taken of the medicine. Then, because her vitals were apparently OK, they sent us back to sit and wait, telling each other where we could hear it that it was a panic attack, not a medication reaction. I was a patient in the ED on Thanksgiving evening. I came in with a swollen knee that was causing me a great deal of pain. The admitting clerks were professional and kind. The ED staff from triage, to radiology, to the nurses and doc who cared for me, were wonderful ! From the x-ray, to the lab work, to the procedure that I had done, the staff was respectful and compassionate. Thank -you ! We have used St. Francis Bartlett in the past and, if needed in the future, will do so again.
