We had both of our sons here and we love the labor and delivery unit and everyone in it!!! Have not used any other services yet thankfully but I give L & D 5 stars!! Thanks ladies!!
I'd give it a negative review if I could. Came in because my wife sliced her thumb open and needed to receive a stitch. While I was concerned and asking questions the male nurse looked at me and tells me to shut up. Don't waste your time here. They have zero customer service skills and could care less about their patients.
This is by far the best experience I've had in a long time as a patient in a Emergency room setting, I would Highly recommend Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett to family friends and Co-workers, during the entire visit I felt very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the environment was clean and I was in and out in no time...This is my new Hospital for all my emergency room needs.......Dave Huber you're the best!!! Thanks for taking such great care of me in my time of need.�
The labor and delivery floor was spectacular! They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I loved getting to the nurses!! And they took time to get to know me and my family. I WILL be back to have more babies here!
