they did an AWESOME job taking care of my grandson. very professional and helpful
Be careful anyone visiting the Emergency Room at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Ins and was told this hospital was in network well technically it was but their emergency room Doctor that treated me and St Francis employed in their ER was ‘NOT’ in network! If St Francis Hospital is going to be in an a heath care network do us a favor and employee doctors in that same network as well! I am so upset and no one will accept any responsibility for this.
The doctor was fabulous, the nurse in charge is horrible.
This hospital was a nightmare. Went for severe dizziness & nausea after 4 hrs, still no nausea medicine still haven’t seen a dr & forced to be up right. They give nobody a room & leave every patient sitting in the waiting area. They ripped through a vein trying to give an IV, & then had someone else give it to me in the other arm. This is insane. There is 0 level of care. I’d love to be seen at this point. I’d leave if I wasn’t so dizzy
These people are a scam! I went into the ER in December and had a balance of $4000. Me and the hospital agreed on a payment plan and after I had made 2 on time payments they said that my agreed upon monthly payment amount wasn't large enough so they started calling and harassing me for more money which I can't afford. I wouldn't go back to this hospital if it was the only one in the world that could save my life. I would just rather die than go here.
I used to love SFH, even trained and worked there for a few years. But my recent ER experience was so terrible that the only way I will ever enter that ER again is in a body bag! I did have better care once I was admitted. In fact, I would give the floor 4*. I guess the ER takes all the cold people who are devoid of all feeling which leaves the more caring ones to work on the floors.
Trauma Unit is amazing, beautiful and best ER I’ve ever experienced. Same goes for the team, very professional, caring and skilled staff. It was streamlined admitting, during care and patient checkout!! I was very well taken care of. My doctor referred you over all the hospitals.
Most of the nursing staff are on point and very attentive. More information to the patient would be better. At least they did what ST. John's BA couldn't and fixed me.
