They sent me to collections even though I make monthly payments because they wanted me to pay $500 a month which is insane that's almost my rent. I was paying them what I could monthly and now I'm dealing with the law firm they sent my account to. SHAME ON THEM.
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1655531797886903&id=1248200948619992 my aunt died there 7-9-14 they had her brother listed as contact but never contacted him. and when they sent her body to funeral home the paperwork had no family contact info on it. my aunt laid in hospital dieing from June 26, 2014 to July 9, 2014.. here we r Sept 26, 2018 and we just found out about her death thru an investigator out of Tennessee!!! sad sad sad.. very disappointed in this hospital!!!

Care has been ok so far but 815 pm at night and they are still doing construction that is extremely loud . my nana is In horrible pain and apparently they cant do anything about the loud sounds! Not acceptable!
The care you receive at St. Francis varies, just depends on the staff that's on shift. consistency would be a nice thing to experience when visiting a healthcare facility. I've also heard, and experienced first hand, of a lot of people never receiving a bill and automatically being sent to a collections agency. This is not how any place should be run. The screws definitely need to be tightened down on this machine. All that being said, at least their new ER is nice and seems to be well equipped.
7 hours in the emergency room and never saw a dr!!! Triaged and labs, sent to waiting room, ct, sent to waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous that patients are made to wait insane amounts of time without help of any kind. Why have an emergency room if people are just going to be charged to sit and wait.
Amazing facility and staff!!!!
My father-in-law was hospitalized with a stroke and every nurse and doctor that we met were so kind and caring. The family wants to thank you for everything you did.
