The people here are rude! impatient! and very impersonal! For the price of their cupcakes, they have no right to roll their eyes or interrupted you mid sentence. Especially since I was buying more then a dozen for a birthday party. Needless to say I canceled my order and went to JaCivas, were I bought BEAUTIFUL cupcakes that were perfect for the party!
Disappointing cupcakes – My husband and I went to the NW location for the first time today. I was really excited since I love cupcakes more than any other dessert and I had just read about Saint Cupcake on MSN. The article had mentioned that their Fat Elvis was to die for, so I assumed the rest of their cupcakes had to be good. Great cupcakes, staff not so great – Tasty vegan cupcakes which they run out of too quickly. The staff could handle it better, not everyone can get there early. They are worth it when you can get one and should think about carrying more varieties of vegan. Most who have had both say the vegan are the best.
Good cupcakes, angry staff – I find the previous reviews amusing because its exactly what I came here to post about. I think the cupcakes are delicious! I got quite a variety of dots for my friends b-day, mostly chocolate, and all came out yummy. I also got a full size of the chocolate with vanilla buttercream for myself and it was amazing!! Delicious Cupcakes....bad service – I went into the Belmont Location on a Friday for 2 dozen of the dots. We called and asked to put it on a credit card (my mother insisted on paying and wanted to do a phone in order) and said that they could put in 2 dozen of a mix of whatever they had?seemed pretty uncomplicated. We said we were on our way to pick them up. Great cupcakes, bad service – I had a similar experience to the reviewer who wanted some treats for a first birthday. A few days before our daughter's first birthday party, I called around to a couple of bakeries, including Cupcake Jones (CJ), but not Saint Cupcake (SC). Loves it. – I <3 Saint Cupcake! I must say they get an "A" on decor & food but the customer service is horrendous. Everyone working there is completely rude, arrogant & stuck up but for some reason I keep going back. I love the Pistachio cupcake & the Big Top; I go in every Sunday. Recently I tried a chocolate cupcake and found it a bit overwhelming. All in all it's a good eat a bit pricey - but worth it.
Sweet Sweet Cupcakes – Yes, it's true... I have a healthy obsession with cupcakes and believe them to be made of magic as well as being a metaphor life, but I digress.
