Best VA Clinic around, they are kind znd appropriate my Service.
The black lady at the counter was rude. She didn't even acknowledge that I was at the counter. I believe she checks in and checks out visitors. Talk about making you feel welcomed. I walked away and asked a white male for help. He got me checked in and told me that they would call my name in a few minutes. A short white later, a black nurse screamed out for a last name and said "if you are here for a lab come here so I can help you." Five minutes later, she ( same nurse) called my last name. It was a good visit. I was there for Labwork.
My husband and I are both veterans. We were referred here from North Carolina in June. This clinic is not very accommodating. They don't have radiology, or pharmacy, or most of the things that you need. They have a lab, but you have to have an appointment. And it's almost impossible because they only have one person in the lab and it closes daily at 1:15 pm, which I find ridiculous. They have this option called community care, since we live over an hour, where those services are provided (Jacksonville). Which they have grant... read more
