Why has my Mother In-Law been sitting for over five hours in your ER with a broken bone in her shoulder? No pain medication, no treatment. She is in extreme pain and is suffering. What part of did no harm does your ER not understand? Esther Collier, 78 years old with possibly multiple broken bones yet she's sitting in the ER for hours on end. Would you treat your elderly mother like that? SHAME ON YOU!! This is going to be posted on all social media outlets.
