I spent 3 weeks trying to get answers from primary doctors and urgent care visits and was unsuccessful. After experiencing the worst pain and becoming incredibly ill, I ended up at the CCMC ER and was hospitalized for 5 days. CCMC quickly narrowed down the problem and acted fast. Clovis Community ER used to be amazing... the employees are so rude... my mom popped her knee out of place and she is sitting here in pain. The nurse handling vitals never called her up and when we asked her way of dealing with it was saying she’s low on the totem pole . Spoke to the main triage nurse who thankfully dealt with and the rude attitude. She then responds to him oh well I guess I skipped them. So sad when staff members can’t seem to get it together. This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to, the staff in delivery and the NICU are amazing....My family is grateful that they took excellent care of our baby Madilyn Rodriguez on 12-21-2017... thank you all for your care and support.
An ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE experience tonight with two of the nurses at check in and triage. Brought my mom in who is now having emergency surgery over 5 hours later. They kept rolling their eyes at my mom when I was asking for help because I brought her in screaming with pain. I mean, really bad attitudes. I know my mom and she’s usually abnormal when it comes to pain, she can handle a lot. After a car accident I asked to be taken here. Back of my head and middle back was extremely painful. Sat in lobby in huge neck brace for approx 7 hrs hey did a CT & X-ray. Doctor never examined me. Sent me home. Next day my head was still hurting, ringing in the ears had stopped so I looked at my discharge and there was nothing about them checking my head.
