I know hospitals are very busy but I was there 11 hours in the waiting room and they told me I have to have my galblader removed but I can’t call the office for 3 days it’s a holiday weekend and I can’t even sip water so I feel like I should’ve at least got a iv
I am so disappointed with the day ER crew. This is the second time this year that I’ve gone and both times , the ER staff were so rude and didn’t care about anything. And yes. I do understand that some staff are doing a 12 hour shift with no lunch and the ER is CRAZY busy, but the patient connection sucked! Once the night shift came along, everyone was so nice and caring. My Mother has surgery and had to stay over for 24 hours. Doctor Evans and the entire staff that was with my mom from start to finish was amazing. Everyone was so kind and considerate towards my mom and our family. The hospital was so clean and very well kept. Thank you Clovis Community. Best hospital by far!!
