I wish I could post a picture of the burns their employee left on my feet. Took over 3 days for the redness to go away. The customer service is subpar and getting any contact information for the owner is near impossible. I've contacted the Regulation and Licensing department in regards to the service that they provide. Everyone should stay away.
Communication and customer service are a big issue here. They don't post prices for hair services because they charge what they want. Make sure you ask for price before you have anything done.
I've been going here for three years now and have never had a problem. All of the workers are very nice and helpful. Even if I don't have an appointment I get seen right away. I usually get pedicure, haircut/highlight and waxing. I LOVE the pedicure! They have relaxing, massage chairs and bring you drinks while you get your pedicure.
