By far the worst experience I've ever received in my whole life. The guy that took my nails off started using a nail to take them off for the first hand. It hurt so bad I told him to stop and he kept insisting he continue.. He ripped off skin on three of my fingers and ripped my nail! It was so short it started bleeding. I said I didn't want to do it anymore and then his manager came over and told him to do it the right way. He then started to take them off professionally.
