The sales section of the business is awesome. There is a major disconnect with the Sales Dept and the Service Dept. The Service Dept seems to have a high turnover - every time I go, there is a new complete set of staff. I got a service package when I financed my vehicle - apparently, this golden package I was sold is so rare that it seems to tax the new staff every visit (at least twice a year). The Service and Parts department saved me today when I locked myself out of my running car. They went over and above to help me get another key. The Service was great!!! Thank you
Drove 4 hour told I was pre-approved got there and the car I had quotes on was sold, test drove another one then after got back was told the window sticker price was wrong so onto the third one was ready sighed the payment plan agreed on it then they come tell me I'm not approved after sitting with them from 12:30 to 5:00 do not recommend, very dissatisfied
Cars prices on vehicle over priced . Then sakes comes out says I can knock 6g of that . Then get wholesale for trade. Took my trade to carmax got extra 3g on trade and a one year older model with 7000 miles on it at half the price.
This place sucks they tell you one thing to get you to sign the paper work and change things after....
Very nice sales people. Came out with a beautiful dodge ram 1500 hemi/rebel!
The people at Sahara are amazing, Joe, Nick, and the GM Travis. It's the best dealership I've ever been to. Their pricing is the best in Vegas and they encourage people to shop around. No pressure and true no haggling. Not only did I buy my truck there but also my wife's Charger.
Take care of your customers . Employ service people who really care about the customer . I've had nothing but bad experiences .
