I went in yesterday with my fiancé and kids because my aunt told us to go there and see Fritz... He was so AWESOME!!! He did everything he could to help us and give us a terrific deal. We ended up buying a Jeep Compass � We love it! We'll definitely be referring him to our friends! Thank you Fritz!!

Ernesto (the salesman) helped us out tremendously!!! He had a great attitude and was willing to work with us! He was patient with us and us with him! I can't speak enough about him but he got us into something that is reasonable and affordable! If anyone is looking for a reliable car this place with Ernesto is where you go!

They bought me a plane ticket and had me in Vegas with no other way home but the car I was interested in. 3 months later I'm still dealing with them because they didn't not tie up all the loose ends at the time of sale. I'll be glad to never hear from them again and star enjoying my car.
Bought a Jeep Renegade and in less than 2 months I have spent almost every Wednesday in the service department. Each time I get sent home with the excuse that they have to order a new part, installed the wrong part or this time broke a part and need to order a new one! Not once have I left satisfied! At this point I just want my jeep fixed so I never have to come back! Terrible terrible service!!!!!
First time I brought my new jeep in for its oil change it took 4 hours... Not because of the oil change but because they forgot about the Jeep and left it to get wash and it never happened. Today I brought it in for a leaking tire, 3 1/2 hours later they are still patching it. While the salesman was great and such. Services is a mess. I could of went to discount tire and had it patched in 30 minutes. Only reason came to dealership was incase it needed replaced and we have insurance.
