Thus far my experience with this community has been a nightmare. I signed my lease on May 19th for a move in date of July 11th which is more than adequate timing for someone from their community to provide me with the necessary information for move in. We are now less than 48 hours from when I’m supposed to pick up my keys and I had to call them to obtain my service address and was finally informed that they force you to use tri-county electric because they are on a co-op and it’s going to cost just under $400 to start an ac... read more

Moved in mid-July and absolutely love it here!! Beautiful surroundings and staff are wonderful!!
Moved in at the end of May and I couldn't be happier. The community is great. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I absolutely LOVE my residence. I haven't had a single issue (and honestly, being the first person to live in my unit I absolutely expected to). I have a service dog, and they were wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed for him. I would highly recommend SageWood Village to anyone.
