They are horrible and worse dentists ever and bad customer service. Dentists come and go there and they messed up on my teeth so many times and missed cavities which turned into crowns and root canals. Had 2 root canals done in one month due to their negligence. And they covered the costs. Had to stay there for few years make sure the root canals were ok but then got yelled at by Dr Quick once when I came in with a tooth ache and asked questions. If I could put a 0, I will put it. They don't care about the patient, they have terrible customer service, their financial team is awful. The only thing they care about is money. First, they charged us more than they were supposed to do with the insurance. But we didn't know, and we paid. Then a year and a month later, they sent us a bill for more than 400 dollars, I have been calling month by month to try to figure out why that bill, they don't care, they said they were going to call corporate, they didn't write anything in... read more
RecommendedI went for my cleaning appt this morning and the hygenist Luciana was superb! She was pleasant and courteous; explained everything before doing it. Most of all she was very, very gentle; I did not feel a thing. This is the first time I went to a dentist visit and was not afraid. Luciana, keep on doing what you are doing; you are the best!
