Dental Team is rip off! They charged us $942 and never did the work - I've been trying to get a refund for over three months. I would not recommend them!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE I went in for what was supposed to be a quick checkup. I scheduled the earliest appointment but spent 3 hours just to get X-rays. Over the phone before I went I specifically asked how much it would be. They verified through my insurance no charge. I get there; confirm this with the rude lady in the front, and they start taking my x-rays. In the middle of working on my mouth the nurse leaves me there, comes back 20 minutes later stating that this is not covered under my insurance. AFTER THEY ALREADY PERFORMED... read more
rip off My schedule of benefits from the insurance company says I pay $220 for a crown. They take the insurance but charge me over $600. They claim because they use "upgraded metal"... however there is no such thing. The metal in used in the schedule for the Crown is the best available. These people are sharks... beware or carefully check your benefits.

The staff and physician were so friendly and professional. I felt very eased and the dentist was awesome in performing my procedure, I didn’t feel a thing!
