As a spiritual director, Cristin Smith offers a safe space to process through the various seasons of life. She listens well, asks helpful questions that require personal reflection, and leaves room for whatever happens to come to mind during our conversations. She doesn't really give advice but rather helps me process through my experiences and brings attention to the presence of God in the midst of it. I always walk away refreshed and even feeling physically good.
