I went to the Walk&Talk Gathering, it was a very lovely and fun group of women and I think we all had an amazing time! Atleast, I know I did. It was great to meet other like-minded people in the area and focus on positive reminders to make our life healthy and meaningful. I loved that most of the time was really spent walking and exploring the park, the weather was perfect, the questions to prompt conversations were thoughtful and really helped break the ice. I'm grateful that this exists. Thank you!

I meet with Cristin once a month for spiritual direction and over the past year and a half it has transformed my life. I had the wonderful opportunity to have Cristin as my spiritual director for the past 8 months. She has created a non-judgmental, warm, open space that has allowed me to dive deeper into a richer, holistic and life-giving spiritual journey. Cristin has assisted in guiding me on the path to my true, authentic self that God is calling me to be. I would definitely recommend having Cristin as a spiritual director, mentor, life coach and friend.
I had the absolute pleasure of attending a class hosted by Saffron & Sage in San Diego. After meeting Cristin, I knew I wanted to be a part of their organization. They create sacred spaces that allow people to come learn and be vulnerable & really open up to further their own growth and evolution. Now as one of their practitioners, I love being a part of their team & cherish what we're able to give back to our community.
I found Saffron & Sage while living in LA a few years ago and felt passionately drawn to their purpose and vision as a resource for natural health. I started teaching classes and retreats and my private practice began to blossom. The beautiful spaces they create, the sensory experiences, and the community are what make Saffron & Sage so inviting. As a student or an educator, the experiences they offer are transformational.
