Saffron and Sage is AMAZING, a true Sanctuary of healing and wellness. The studio itself is absolutely stunning; you can't help but feel transported into a nordic spa in this little lap of luxury and the teachers/guides are bar-none. The Yin class with Rob was literally the most healing, energy shifting Yoga class I've ever been to. Cannot wait until I get to San Diego again - this will be my first stop!
Saffron & Sage is pure magic. It's a beautiful space that brings together everything healing, and you can feel that from the moment you walk in. Cristin, the staff, and the teachers all make you feel at home. Whatever you may be going through, whatever you may need, you can discover it here at Saffron & Sage. The San Diego community is so lucky to have this sanctuary, and I hope everyone has a chance to experience it.
Saffron & Sage is EXACTLY what I have been hoping to find - a one stop shop for all things spiritual. Every practitioner that I have worked with has gone above and beyond to help me. From the very first time I walked in and spoke with Cristin I knew that I was in the right hands after a rough year-long awakening process. I highly recommend Alisha, Najah, Cherie and Rob! And I could say so many more wonderful things about Saffron but it would be far too long. :)
I have been waiting to be apart of a space like this! I booked an appointment with Najah for an acupuncture session. The day of my appointment I was fighting a cold for 4 days already. I am so amazing at how much knowledge acupuncturist have by looking at my tongue and feeling my pulse. She was able to learn so much about my health. The grand opening was amazing. Too close to the airport to fly a drone to show you all what took place. You must see it to believe it. Great studio.
I went to the grand opening tonight and it was amazing! Super warm and friendly staff and friends, a wealth of holistic healing therapies and products and a beautiful space - I can't wait to go back :)
